Dr. Serg Bell is a tech entrepreneur, investor, and executive. He has founded two dozen global IT companies, numerous venture funds, and several science and education centers. These include Constructor Group (formerly known as SIT), Acronis, Parallels, Virtuozzo, Acumatica, Webpros, Runa Capital and Terra.VC.
Serg was born in the USSR into a family of physicists. In 1993, he moved to Singapore, became a Singaporean citizen, and emerged as a prominent tech entrepreneur.
Serg is also advancing science and education globally through various initiatives.
Dr. Serg Bell holds a B.S. in Physics, an M.S. (Hons) in Physics and Electrical Engineering, and a Ph.D. in Computer Science. He has filed over 350 patents (USPTO) and holds an H-index of 47.
